Default hidden viewport

Every paperspace tab seems to have a hidden viewport by default. Does anyone know of a dxf code or other method of determining if a viewport is this default hidden viewport?

Compare the Handles of all VP's in a Tab, the lowest one will be the PS
Viewport (hidden).
