I'm hoping to create a loop that repeats indefinitely until the user presses any key and/or picks any pointer button.
Pausing for user input with the usual '(get...' functions isn't an option in this case.

I've been experimenting with (grread) but results have been erratic at best :-(

I would appreciate any suggestions.
