Any idea why my grips don't show up when I make a cross-selection? Also the
drawing doesn't turn into dashed lines like it should when I cross-select
something. I am in paperspace. It makes it really hard to know what you've
already selected when you can't see the grips or dashed lines.

*ONLY* with the crossing selection?
Is it possible that you are not selecting anything, but are trying to select
objects in model space?
When you list your "selection" does anything show up?
