Does anyone know of or have a functioning utility to print the contents of a
ctb file? Thanks in advance!

I had to do a bit of fooling around, but eventually used one of these tools
to convert a CTB to a PCP, which is a comma delimited file, easily viewed in
Excel (or other spreadsheet).
