Does anyone know of or have a functioning utility to print the contents of a
ctb file? Thanks in advance!

You can hit print screen. This puts the screen shot in clipboard. Then you can open Word (or any program that handles graphics) and paste the image in and print. You may need several screen shots to cover everything but it gives you a print of your settings.
There is a program called Gadwin Print Screen that will allow you to program what button(s) you want to assign to print what is on your screen - no matter what program you are in. That's all I have to say about that.
