Hello CAD experts!

I have a layer with isohypses, which contains (cubic) smoothed
polylines. I need these isohypses in another program that does not
support smoothing. Of course, I can turn smoothing off, however then
isohypses look awful. Can I somehow convert these smoothed polylines to
dashed polylines with more points and then use the result in another
program? How can I do that?

And after I googled isohypses I'm still not exactly sure what they are
and I think I'm sorry I asked.
