I am plotting a 22x34 drawing to a 36" roll on a Xerox 510. However, it always plots on 24x36 page. Any ideas on how to get the page size to cut at 22" so I don't have the additional 2" border?

Try creating a custom paper size.

Is there a setting on the plotter to use nearest paper size - our Xerox 8825 has this, and will trim edges to get to a close paper size - you should be able to set the plus or minus values that it will accept aroud a paper size.
