CutePDF for large sizes |

Has anyone gotten the CutoPDF Writer to be able to create large size (B, C,
or D) pdf's? It does not seem to want to do this for me. The landscape
rotation does not seem to stick. I set it to landscape and it creates the
file, then when I view it, it was created portrait and half of it is chopped
off. Can't seem to get this to work... Any ideas?
