Hi Group...
I have a question to those of you who use an HP DeskJet 500. I am
in the process of looking to purchase one. Could you tell me if
it plots
raster images?

I use ldt 2005
Xp pro
Plots all our images to the HP Designjet 500ps no problems. |

Thanks for your response. I'm looking at the HP500. I'm wondering if the HP500ps has the Post Script drivers which would plot the raster images. I'll do some more research.

The stock HP500 plots raster files just fine: it uses the same PCL driver
your desktop inkjet from HP can, so try it there and see.
HPGL/2 card is worth adding if you want to speed things up, never skimp on
unit RAM though, that is where Raster printing chokes.
