Can anyone suggest a way I can use a formula to make two things.

1) I need to draw different augers, for instance, 4" dia, with the flight of
each auger at 4" apart.

2) A spiral like a sea shell that starts at 16" dia and each spiral is 4"
closer to the center.

Your suggestions are appreaciated.
