We have engineers at a field office, they are borrowing LDDT from the server but not able to borrow civil design nor survey. when they try to use the civil command they get a lic error.

is there any way to borrow civil and survey lic?

They have to fire up Civil and get a license while the borrowing mechanism
is still active. While they're borrowing the LDT license, tell them to
simply pull up Profile Properties. That will grab a CD license for their
borrow period.
