long plot LT 2002 <--> LT 2005 |
|
|
I was using LT 2002 and creating lo,g plots on a HP draftmaster 2 plotter.
When this plot took some time (a few minutes) I received a 'timeout' error with the possibility to do a retry.
When I do the same within LT 2005 I don't receive this error and my plot is cancelled.
Any suggestion to solve this problem will be great, because I now have to plot everything using my old LT 2002 version
regards,
Jan

Is it possible you had background plot enabled? This is not going to work in
background.

Are you plotting to a local serial port? Have you tried adjusting the
timeout for the serial port? It might be helpful for you to describe your
setup more completely. Which driver are you using, what version of Windows,
plotter connection details, etc.
