For those of you with high production printers, where you may produce
multiple sets in house frequently - what method do you use to bind your
sets?

Manual heavy duty stapler?
Electric single head stapler?
Electric multi-head stapler to bind a whole set at once?

If anyone is using one of the latter two, can you pass on some
recommendations?

We use a Manual heavy duty stapler.

You might contact one of your print shops, or kinko, if you are looking for an electric and see what they recommend.
