If I remember it right you are not allowed to have a backup server with the
licenses all set up like that.
But you can distribute the licenses on the 2 servers and if one server goes
down you still have 50% available.
Redundant server solution requires 3 servers that can back up each other.
But if you have a 2005 product you can require new licenses within minutes
if needed.
