Don't know if you could call them plug-ins, but there are any number of
third party software packages called post processors that will import your
..dxf file of the tool path you want to encode, and automatically generate
the G-code for most of the major controllers (Fanuc, Allen Bradley, etc.)
Then you can download the created file to the CNC machine and cut the part.
MasterCam comes to mind, and there are many others.
