I have been able to draw a tangent to a circle at a specific point on the
circle by circuitous methods. Does anyone know an easy way to do it?

I would also like to know how to draw a reflected line. Consider some line
which encounters another line (the reflecting surface) at some angle of
incidence. How do you draw the reflected line so that the angle of
reflection is equal to the angle of incidence without having to spend a lot
of time calculating angles?

I would appreciate your help.

Gary
