I have seen this happen on a few computers in the office after installing
civil, survey, raster, and ldd. If the user opens a file or even creates a
new file, ldd opens raster. I have found uninstalling and reinstalling the
programs fixes the problem. I would like to know if anyone knows of a faster
fix for this problem.
