After creating the deployment package and trying to launch the .mst file I get a Windows installer error that says: This installation could not be opened. Verify that a package exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package.

I know the package exists because I launched the .mst file.

*.mst contains the transforms, *.msi is the actual installer package.
If you did everything correctly you should have a icon for a manual
installation on the root of your installation point.

If you want to deploy with group policies, browse for the adt.msi.
