I have in my mind a logic for generating pipeline plan and profile sheets.
This logic often ends up in some oddly oriented plan areas for the plan &
profile sheet - but that nonetheless establishes the layout practice.

Could someone state if there is a defacto standard? Or not?
Also, perhaps there is someplace that can be referenced that establishes
this standard?
