Is it possible to rotate a single vport in layout space (or rotate the contents
of a single view port) working in 2D using AutoCAD 2000? I asked my tutor and
was told yes but she can't remember how as it's something she never dose. So if
it can be done can anyone point me in the direction of how? Thanks.

Dview->Twist while inside of a paperspace viewport
