AutoCAD 2005 continually crashed. so I unstalled Autocad 2005 and reinstalled it successfully. But Raster Design 2005, which had remained installed, no longer launched..
I tried to use add/remove software to uninstall Raster Design.
Received error 25001 (made the mistake of removing Autocad 2005 before first removing Raster Design 2005.)
Used a special utility to successfully remove Raster Design 2005.Reinstalled Raster Design 2005. Set up Profiles and Targets for Raster Design.No matter what I do, Raster Design will not launch.

You'll probably need to uninstall all Autodesk products from the PC,
remove any remnant files manually, delete the autodesk-related
registry keys, then re-install.

You must have great luck with your software. This sounds like SSDD stuff to
me.

If you don't want to edit the registry yourself. You could try the Beta 2005
registry cleaner.

I think you'll find Jason's suggestions are the way to go.
