My text editor is acting very lethargic. It can't keep up with my typing (maybe only 20 wpm). Thanks for any help.

What IS your text editor? Are you talking about entering text in the AutoCAD
multiline text editor? Are you using an ASCII text editor for programming?
What version of AutoCAD are you using?

Thanks Dave and Dean for replying. We're using 2004. I'm using DE keyin to invoke the command. That brings up the multi-line text editor. The font is not TTF. It is AutoCAD RomanS I believe. Today it isn't acting up though. Yesterday it did. I even powered down the computer and it still was slow. But today it's fine. Go Figure.
I'll keep you posted.

Eric
