Getting this error with acad 2000i on w2k server and w2k workstations

Installed the adlm and the client setup.
Applied the SP2 for autocad 2000i
Logfile says nothing is wrong,
31users are available but when we start autocad the error:
No license file found for feature.
after clicking ok:
FATAL ERROR: The security system (softlock license manager) is not functioning or is improperly installed

Also applied the adesksys.dll file but nothing worked.

Can you ping the server by the Ip and by the Hostname?

Does the server/computer where FLexLM is running have a firewall. Make sure
the FlexLM ports are open. If you're using something like zonealarm then
add all three .exe files as exceptions to the firewall and you won;t have to
worry about the port number that FlexLM uses.

Acad 2000 is running with adlm manager.
There is no firewall on the server.

what say adlm Query if you click on Servers?
Change the verbosity with ADLM Control to 9 and recreate your ADLM.log
Are working with 2000i or 2000?
Feature 160 is for Autocad 2000i.
Have you try to set the variable acadserver=w2kbusrv?
And finally try to deactivate all other programs (Antivirus, firewall,
proxy,...)
