We got an old license for AutoCAD 2000 we like to use at this moment. Only one problem, before asking a new license, can the license manager be installed on a windows 2000 server and can AutoCAD 2000 be run on workstations with Windows XP?

Hi Gerrit,

I don't see any problem in this configuration.
I've the same constellation here in my office.

Oke installed the adlm and the client setup.
Applied the SP2 for autocad 2000i
Logfile says nothing is wrong,
31users are avaible but when we start autocad the error:
No license file found for feature.
after clicking ok:
FATAL ERROR: The security system (softlock license manager) is not functioning or is improperly installed
