Invalid license key inconsistent authentication code |

Hi All,
I'm working for the University of the Western Cape and is in much need of help or reference to someone who will be able to help me with the following problem.
We've got "Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2004" installed on a windows 2000 server with a license for 10. Everything is working fine on this server. We now want to move "Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2004" to a different server. I acquired the new license for this server and installed "Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2004". I get the following in the LMTools log:
16:05:00 (lmgrd) lmgrd tcp-port 27000 16:05:00 (lmgrd) Starting vendor daemons ... 16:05:00 (lmgrd) Starting vendor daemon at port 2080 16:05:00 (lmgrd) Using vendor daemon port 2080 specified in license file 16:05:00 (lmgrd) Started adskflex (pid 284) 16:05:00 (adskflex) Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code) 16:05:00 (adskflex) ==>INCREMENT 46700ARCHDESK_2005_0F adskflex 1.000 permanent 10 [...] 16:05:00 (adskflex) Server started on technical 16:05:04 (adskflex) Rereading license file... 16:05:04 (adskflex) Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code) 16:05:04 (adskflex) ==>INCREMENT 46700ARCHDESK_2005_0F adskflex 1.000 permanent 10 [...] 16:05:04 (adskflex) Server started on technical 16:05:04 (adskflex) No features to serve, exiting 16:05:04 (lmgrd) Error reading REREAD response: Cannot read data from license server (-16,86:10054 "WinSock: Connection reset by peer") 16:05:04 (lmgrd) Done rereading 16:05:04 (lmgrd) adskflex daemon found no features. Please correct 16:05:04 (lmgrd) license file and re-start daemons 16:05:04 (lmgrd) 16:05:04 (lmgrd) This may be due to the fact that you are using 16:05:04 (lmgrd) a different license file from the o
ne you expect. 16:05:04 (lmgrd) Check to make sure that: 16:05:04 (lmgrd) C:\Program Files\Autodesk Network License Manager\License\Technical.lic 16:05:04 (lmgrd) is the license file you want to use. 16:05:04 (lmgrd) 22:05:11 (lmgrd) TIMESTAMP 1/12/2005 4:05:17 (lmgrd) TIMESTAMP 1/13/2005 MASTER)‰E
Could this be a result of the server being a virtual server on a IBM X445 box. I've triple checked the license file & registered a couple of times. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanx in advance!!
