receive an error message when trying to upgrade FLEXlm license manager for AutoCAD 2005.
After starting installation an error window is displayed:
Error 1723. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

What DLL is it trying to run?

System Info: Windows 2000, Service Pack 3

The reason is that the DirextX version is to old. Upgrade to the latest
version.
