Anyone give a url for one please, be ever so grateful, not having much luck
yet on google.

(Actually, even better, what I actually want is a high density 15w D-type,
in the normal 9w D-type package)

I think you will find what you are looking for here:

I have found most connector models there to be very good quality. They
are a little trick to find... but do a little looking and you will find
the way to download them (I forget, but I think you can get STEP or
IGES)

and search for a 9 pin d-sub.
