Hi,
Write the code to do what you want without using Layer Manager.
All you need is to create a selection set of objects on one layer and change
their layer properties to the other layer.
Then delete the unwanted layer.

(COMMAND "laymrg" "T" "HSE-CANT" "" "T" "H-CANT" "Y" "Y")
posting here is great, however i only have internet access for the lunch
