I received a set of drawings from an architect earlier today and I opened them in AutoCAD 2000. When I open the drawing the walls and windows show up as just block with number and letters in them. I tried to download a patch to get the walls to shop up correctly. When I tried to install the patch ADT3310E.exe that I downloaded from the Autodesk website I get an error message. “a suitable host application for thus Object Enabler does not exist on this machine.” What does that mean and how can I get the correct enabler?

There is no enabler for R2000: there is one for R2000i and higher.

You will have to ask the file creator to AECOBJEXPLODE the file for you
(ruining it for him of course), or you can upgrade to a higher version of
AutoCAD.
