preview image attached to cursor

When inserting a block, copy, rotate, move,.... an object, normally a so called 'preview image' is attached to the cursor.
My problem is that the 'preview image' does not appear anymore. How can I fix this ?

Check the seeting for DRAGMODE try setting it ot Auto

Their used to be a setting called HIGHLIGHT but that was for selecting
obects...
