Can anyone help me with getting a CAD drawing into pagemaker or similar app
so I can make a protfolio. I am using Autocad 2005. I tried saving as a
bitmap, and also printing to a pdf drive. But when I pull it into
Pagemaker, it looks VERY pixely.

Try exporting as a WMF, this can be done natively from AutoCAD, or look for
a program called Betterwmf. This improves the output and gives more options
when outputting the file.
