We have a lsp routine which function is to shell and then run a batch file that is populated with a listing of all drawings from the directory so that a script can be created to either purge all the drawings or print them etc. This has worked for years until we recently installed AutoCad 2005 and ran the routine there. After this it wil no longer run correctly in AutoCad 2000, it will shell out and create the batch file but it doesn't populate it with anything. I won't even go into what crazy things AutoCad 2005 seems to do.
If anyone has any suggestions we would sure appreciate them.

Thanks
Troy

Does your routine use DOSLIB?

We fixed our problem by making an adjustment to our installation of AutoCad 2005 which semed to cause the problem in the first place. We changed the rememberfolders value from 1 to 0 so that Autocad 2005 would behave like AutoCad 2000 and this fixed problems with both versions. It is hard to believe such a small setting would have such an effect on two different versions.

I take it back! Our problem isn't fixed.
Things work correctly on the test systems we were using with Windows 2000 Professional but the production machine is running Windows XP Pro and it doesn't work correctly on this system. I know that AutoCad 2000 isn't certified for Windows XP Pro but we ran it in this environment for three months without any problems until we started with AutoCad 2005.
No I don't believe we are using DOSLIB.
Any other ideas?

Thanks
Troy
