There may be one but it is not used in the definition of the default printer
driver. The directory and driver last used is usually remembered and saved
in the user preference file.
If you want to override the last used printer you can use
MS_PLOTDLG_DEF_PLTFILE to specify your preferred printer driver. This is in
V8. Not sure about earlier. This should also have the effect of forcing the
default directory when you go to Select a Plotter driver file.
