The dork who decided that it would be a good idea to automaticaly tick the
"by fence" button in the tool settings box whenever a command is called
while a fence is active should be condemed to endless redundant button
ticking untill he's has rsi of the finger or finally f***ing realizes that
it was a bad idea.

How many icons and toolbars can you have in Microstation today ? I remember it
was enough to entirely cover the screen but we only had 19" in those days and
I'm running a 22"-1600x1200 now.

Hey, I just realized that doesn't happen any more.
Just goes to show that agravating software misfeatures are not easily
forgotten.
