Can anyone tell me if there is a relatively simple way to flip between
working units (km <-> m)? Perhaps a Macro. We have two clients that
use the same reference files but one needs the data represented in
km's while the other needs it in m's. I'm worried about annotation
and other text attributes that will suddenly become 1000th the size
when the working units are changed.

Allan, do you use MicroStation V8 or pre-V8?
If V8, you can easily change the units in the drawing settings dialog
without affecting the size of elements.

The easiest way is to remove three zeros from working units.
you can do this in either sub-units or pos units or combination, as long as
total of three zeros are removed.
If you are using Barmenu, you can just add this routine
command using calculat.ma tcb function.

Good Luck
