This was probably discussed many times at this newsgroup but here it goes;

I created a drawing in V7.1. This is what we use at work. I have both V7.1
and V8 at home and I did the mistake of opening and converting it in V8.
When I saved it back to a V7.1 file, so I could open it at work, it plotted
horribly! We use Iplot at work with V7.1 and I can't seem to get it to plot
right. It had all the shading plotted all weird, even in colour. Even though
we plot drawings in black and white. I have gone as far as to reference the
drawing to another file,copy everything, so it would not have the V8
setting. This does not work. Is there any hope? Have I lost this work for
good? Must it now remain in V8 format? I am not familiar with any conversion
issues with these 2 versions. Didn't Bentley figure this would happen with
Iplot? Please help!

Thanks

There must be a copy of V7.1 file. Look to the folder c:\Program
Files\Bentley\Workspace\Projects\Untitled\Out\
