I don't think that a posting can be easily deleted on an unmoderated USENET group....
That's the one of finest things with the USENET: what you see is what was posted.
You can try to send the Cancel message (some newsreaders will allow you to do
this), but there is absolutely no guarantee that USENET servers will honor it. Most will not.
(I've never seen messages being canceled on USENET server I use)
