Does anyone know where I can get a copy of textmod.mdl for V8?

I am so glad you asked.
It is a toolbar with commands such as:

align text or text node to active angle
align all text to active angle
resize text or text node to active height and width
resize all text to active height and width
rotate text or text node to active angle
rotate all text to active angle angle
scale text or text node to active scale
scale all text to active scale

If you could help with any or all of these commands (rather V8
equivalents) I would greatly appreciate it.
