How can I turn off (or on) the flipping of dimension text. i.e flipping when
view is rotated.

I know that there is a keyin for V7 as noted in this article:

But, have been unable to find anything that works for V8. You might want to
post this on the v8.dimensioning discussion group. Perhaps someone over
there can help.
