Hi All

I think I remember seeing this earlier, but couldn't find the post
using google.

I recently moved IC5141, and noticed that when I hit simulate, the
schematic window flickers a few times, presumably updating information
in the window as the simulation runs. While this is not a problem, it
is an annoyance. Any idea how to fix it.

Thanks for your help.

There's no fix for it yet.

This is in PCR 710119. It's caused by the fact that the ADE code calls a
function to redraw the screen rather more often than it should - and in the
past these redraw events were swallowed by the graphics system. With some
graphics performance optimisation, this no longer happens, and so you
see the redraws. So it means that this needs to be sorted out by fixing the
ADE code to not do all the redraws.

I'll put a reminder in the PCR on this to encourage it to be fixed. It is
rather annoying, particularly with larger schematics over slow connections.

Andrew.
