Spectre has a pole-zero analysis. I don't know if it is in 4.4.5 however.

Are there application notes on using spectre PZ with ocean (or aptivia etc...) to do root-loci ?

Re: Pole Zero location |

You can use pzPlot() in OCEAN. I think it gives an error however:
32720266 Closed P1:687146 - Warning if pzPlot is used in calculator
\o *Error* Expression pzPlot(?plot 'zeros
?freqfilter 1e+10) evaluated
\o to t.
I have also requested a pz button in the calculator:
32715568 Closed P2:686834 - Want pz button in calculator
Both are set to backlog.
