I could not use:
par('cgsbo(mn1)')
cause cgsbo is zero in level 49 model.
Any one can help me with this?

Sure, here is how you can plot zero:
plot( drCreateWaveform(drCreateVec('double '(1k 1G)) drCreateVec('double '(0 0) ) ) ?expr '("cgsbo(mn1)") )
