If you want to get the default value of a pcell parameter, you can
do this from the supermaster cellView by doing:
cv~>parameters~>myparam
myparam is the name of your parameter. parameters is a hierarchical parameter
containing all the pcell parameters.
If you're starting from an instance, you'd do:
inst~>master~>superMaster~>parameters~>myparam
