Syracuse, NY.

Job Description:
Perform thermal, tolerance and structural analysis on new and existing
products. Provide technical support and direction for mechanical
design, analysis and testing. Review, negotiate and accept mechanical
portions of product specifications received from customers. Participate
in the development, implementation and approval of conceptual designs.
Interface with process engineering to implement new processes.
Requirements:
BSME
Minimum of 5 years experience as Mechanical Engineer.
Minimum of 2 years thermal analysis of electronic components and
assemblies (current).
Strong project management, structured problem solving, data analysis
and computer skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
including ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Working knowledge of SARC Cosmos FEA software, Mechanical
Desktop/Inventor, and GD&T preferred
Salary rate: 50-65k/year DOE
