You should have a "migrate custom settings" utility in the acad 2005 start
menu folder. I didn't try it; did everything manually, but it definitely
should be there.

I have looked on the autodesk site, but nothing seems obvious.
Seem to remember getting a migration CD for the move from R14 to 2000i,
but
this doesn't appear to be on offer for this move.
