Hi

I have a fairly large assembly (9000 components) and the Excel BOM don't
quite match. The ordinary BOM works fine.

I have 5 instances of a layout part located in 5 different subassemblies.
All instances of the layout part have the option "Exclude from BOM"
selected, but they all still show up in the BOM anyway.

Just to test if there were more layout parts in other sub-sub-assemblies I
suppress the layout parts instead, and they didn't show up any more.

I'm yousing SW 2004, SP4.0, Excel based BOM

Hi

I just noticed that a lot of things don't match with the Excel BOM. Parts
are also counted wrong. Am I the only one having trouble with the Excel BOM?

I believe that Exclude from BOM only works with the SW BOM, no the Excel
one. Sorry.
