I run into this error when ever i do parametric analysis of an inverter from ocean script. I am trying to collect all the data points in a .cvs file, which can be exported to matlab later. but when i run the script it always gives me this error.

I am pasting the error as i got it.

Fatal error found by spectre.
FATAL: Failed to created rechecking thread!
FATAL: Failed to start license heart beat!

Fatal error found by spectre.
FATAL (CMI-2002): Insufficient memory available, To reduce memory for rf
analyses, please refer "spectre -h rfmemory"

Please help me with this problem.
