New (Authorized) Install Problem...SOLVED |

hello...
purchased AutoCAD 2010, SV. ran it for the first time (yesterday) & went through the ordeal of requesting an autorization # via e-mail. AutoDesk sends me my authorization #, which I paste into the appropriate screen; & the program opens. everything OK...or so I thought.
very next time I attempt to open AutoCAD (today)...I get the same splash screen...asking me if I wish to activate, or run for 7 days.
so I choose activate, paste in my autorization #...& a message pops up telling me there's an error...& to contact support.
anyone experience this ???
could use some help.
