hi guys,
can Any one please tell me how to use PTM file ((.pm format from website: http://ptm.asu.edu/) (to download the finfet PTM card website: http://ptm.asu.edu/modelcard/45nm_finfet.rar)) in Hspice for windows c.2009.3. whenever i try to simulate it, it will show a error message stating that can't find pmos1 Crying or Very sad ... please any help will be helpfull ... thanks in...
