I am trying to design a tennis racquet for manufacturing, can anyone suggest a cad program to help in this matter? I am new to cad and have no cad experience....

Why dont you try Sketchup... www.sketchup.com It's easy and communicates with autocad...
I suggest you Autocad as the final design program.
